For Pro and Enterprise plans, we guarantee a Monthly Uptime Percentage of:

  • Pro: 99.5%
  • Enterprise: 99.9%

10.2 Service Credits

10.3 Support Response

Enterprise: 1-4 hour response for critical issues (24/7).

Pro: 4-24 hour response (Business Hours).
